Base Rules
*Failure to follow these rules will result in a kick/ban.
1. DO NOT promote other servers.
We will ban you immediatley.
2. DO NOT illegally distribute unlicensed material.
4. Spoilers must use spoiler tags and be labeled
5. Innappropriate profile picture, usernames, or statuses are not allowed. We will ban you, and you're allowed to join back once its changed.
6. Toxicity, Spamming, Bullying and Harassment is NOT tolerated. We will immediately ban you.
7. Any NSFW content is strictly prohibited. We will ban you immediatley.
8. Community members are free to openly express themselves, give constructive feedback & criticism.
Server Rules
*These guidelines will help you avoid unnecessary conflicts.
1.ย Territorial rules, Building & Land Claims
Players may enforce their own rules within their claimed location as long as they do not interfere with server rules.
Abandoned buildings can be removed by territory's active owner after 3 months of inactivity. Do try contacting the owner beforehand.ย
Avoid building entity-heavy machines (Machines by the ย Create mod) too close to each other or near spawn, It will cause server lag. Do divide entity-heavy machines into districts.
2.ย Do not pretend to be an Admin/owner/moderator
3. Do not place Loot Waystones to public
Will ruin theย progression for new players. Loot Waystones meaning :
Cleared dungeons,ย
ย Elytras, etc.ย
4. Do not grief, steal, or harass other players
We will ban you immediately depending on the severity of your actions.ย
5.ย PVP
NO Spawn-killing.
DO NOT kill a specific player repeatedly.
Bans and Correctional Policies
The Fine Print (or how I got banned for being a jerk and not reading the rules).
The consequence for rule breaking actions depend on the rule broken & the severity. Harassment, toxicity, theft, griefing, and cheating will be instantly banned.ย The difference between misunderstandings and intentional malice will be proven in the server logs, moderators are trained to spot this difference.ย
Decisions will be made by the moderation team.ย All other rules are also subject to this method.ย Specifically, two moderators can make a decision, or if only one is available at the time, it will be discussed in the Staff Chat channel to get feedback from other moderators.ย If a moderator is waiting on feedback, and are concerned about the server/players while offending party is online, offender will be temporarily banned until a decision is finalized.
*Ban appeals can be submitted by clicking the button below titled "Appeal a Ban" and will be addressed by the moderator.
